There are 2 choices here. If you have the newer set or have renamed your actions and downloaded the new PNGs, then choose the newer action sets. If your thumbnails have the action name, you have a newer set. If you have an older set and don’t want to bother with renaming your actions then you can download the Older version, and it will organize your actions in the drop down menu of Elements. If your actions have our logo, you have the older set.
The benefit of downloading and installing the XML files is that it groups your actions by set into the photo effects pallet. A much cleaner and prettier way of finding your actions. They won’t be just randomly in your pallet…. but grouped by action set!
